The technical contact is a person designated to receive
all technical and administrative information. He or she may call
the support of RENT-A-GURU, send in bug-reports, request latest
software, suggest new features, etc.
If you are an ISP offering statistics services to your customers, the technical contact is the master-caller, who is our partner for any correspondence regarding technical assistance. Of course, you can specify more master-callers if necessary - just separate their names by commas.
